Summary

Shepherd's Symphony is a game. You can play as a guest and participate in multiplayer and leaderboards; a permanent account is optional and is needed to publish and rate levels, sync across devices, and use a permanent name.

Data we handle

  • Guest identity: an anonymous authentication identifier and a generated public name in the Guest_XXXXXX format.
  • Account: email address, password (handled by the authentication provider), and display name.
  • Game: local progress, control/audio/language preferences, results, and scores.
  • Social features: rooms, multiplayer participation, published levels, ratings, and reports.
  • Limited technical data needed to operate, secure, and diagnose the game, such as error logs.

Use and sharing

We use this data to provide the game, save preferences and progress, enable online features, prevent abuse, and fix faults. We do not sell personal data or show behavioural advertising. Your email is not shown to other players; your display name and content you publish may be public.

Retention and deletion

Guest scores and online results may remain in the service under the Guest_XXXXXX name. When a guest signs in to an account, that activity is linked to the account and follows its deletion.

Local data remains on your device until you clear browser/app data. To delete your account and associated service data, use Delete account. The action also removes the game's local data, as well as the account, profile, preferences, published levels, reports, and run history; it is permanent.

Children and contact

We do not knowingly collect children's data beyond what is necessary to operate the game. Questions, privacy requests, or reports can be sent to bernardodiasdacruz@gmail.com.
